Is this how we want the village to expand? If little resistance is met, it will be seen that the village of Stoke Climsland is an easy option. The village could be swamped by new developments. Don't let the the proposed development of 16 Affordable Houses be the tip of the iceberg!
History has shown that once planning is passed, it can be adjusted and amended. Then before you know it, the original proposal has changed. If a developer sees an opportunity, and meets little resistance, who knows how things will change!
